Limited Warranty Terms 

FTHPower

This is a Limited Warranty issued by FTHPower, a CA corporation. It is applicable for new batteries sold in the U.S.A. or Canada.

This Limited Warranty extends ONLY to the original purchaser of the Warranted Product(s).

The Limited Warranty begins from the original owner’s receipt or purchase date (whichever is later) and will be verified by FTHPower.

Warranted Products 

The Warranted Products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the periods identified below: 

Battery: 2-year Limited Warranty from purchase date Date or (approximately 6,000 miles of riding). Proper Battery care and charging should result in up to 75% of original capacity remaining during this timeframe. 

Wear and Tear 

Wear and tear is not covered under this Limited Warranty. Wear and tear are terms to describe damage or wear that occurs as a result of normal use. As a result, not all products are covered in this Limited Warranty. Brake Pads

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover 

• For the avoidance of doubt, FTHPower will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
• The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
• Rust or corrosion.
• Improper maintenance, assembly, or installation.
• Modifications from the original condition.
• Improper modification, alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Battery

DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE BATTERY OR A WARRANTED PRODUCT(S) IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF FTHPower. PLEASE CONTACT FTHPower CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS. 

FTHPower WILL NOT REPLACE/REPAIR ANY WARRANTED PRODUCT(S) UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED WARRANTED PRODUCT(S).

In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement or warranty repair for a Warranted Product(s) under this Limited Warranty, you must:

• Contact the FTHPower Customer Service team through support@fthpower.com. The Customer Service team will initially work with you on the problem with your Battery to identify potential simple fixes.
• If the Customer Service team determines that a Warranted Product(s) must be repaired or replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions.
• You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Warranted Product(s),

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FTHPower DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
