Please fill out the the requested information and press submit.  We will get back to you with an RMA# and instruction on how to send your battery to us for repair.  The criteria for warranty according to the serial# set by the manufacturer is as follows :

1- Batteries with serial# that have a production date of 2021/11/24 have a 2 year warranty.  Example serial# : WDDYCNY48V14AHLF2111240439

2- Batteries with serial# that have a production date of 2021/01/14 and a letter G before the date have a 15 months warranty.  Example serial# : WDDWTWYYY48V14AHG2101140184

3- Batteries with serial# that have a production date of 2020/11/30 and letters LLSL after WDD are not warrantied by the manufacturer.  Example serial# : WDDLLSL48V15AHL2011300007

Please understand that these guidelines are set by the manufacturer of your battery and FTHPower can not alter these guidelines.  If you do not agree with these guidelines, please contact your bike manufacturer.
